Practice Overview

• You’ll join an established Urgent Care team across multiple freestanding and retail-style clinic settings
• 100% Urgent Care: worker’s comp, physicals, sprains, cuts, respiratory illness, and sutures/laceration repair (if able)
• Robust clinic support with dedicated MA/LVN and rad tech coverage, plus on-site X-ray
• No call responsibility; specialty support available through a large regional health system

Schedule

• Block schedule with a 7 on / 7 off model; typically 14 shifts per month
• Clinic hours: 9a–9p weekdays and 10a–6p weekends, with rotating shift coverage
• Expected volume averages ~20–25 patients per 8-hour shift (seasonal surges occur)
• Weekend coverage is structured and shared across the team

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $115,000, plus bonus'
