Curative in West Texas seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-time urgent care. Join an established clinic network with dedicated support staff and on-site X-ray; no on-call duties.

Expect 14 shifts per month on a 7 on / 7 off pattern, with weekday and weekend hours designed for strong patient flow and teamwork. Base salary starts at $115,000, with total income potential of $165,000–$200,000.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with interest in high-volume urgent care.
• New grads welcome; urgent care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage walk-in acuity and minor injuries in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care medical services to walk-in patients.
• Collaborate with MA/LVN and rad tech for efficient care.
• Work within a 7 on / 7 off block schedule and flexible hours.
