Job summary

Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PRN outpatient care. The role offers a flexible, shift-based schedule with typical 12-hour shifts and at least 2 shifts per month, supporting a high-growth service area.

Onsite lab, X-ray, and POC testing, with Epic EMR and a robust support staff to enable high-quality patient care. Compensation includes base salary plus wRVU, with paid malpractice coverage and growth assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience as NP or PA in urgent care or outpatient settings.
• Comfort with shift-based, PRN scheduling.
• Ability to work with a robust support staff and Epic EMR.

About the Position
