Integrity Care Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high‑quality care at its Cleburne, Texas location. You will evaluate and treat urgent and episodic needs, order tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients, working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current national certification applicable to the provider’s discipline.
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred for Nurse Practitioner candidates.
• Active Texas professional license or the ability to obtain one.
• Active DEA registration or the ability to obtain one.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• DOT Medical Examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered.
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.
• Perform common procedures, including laceration repair and splinting.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow‑up care.
• Maintain timely, complete, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and operational leadership.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with organizational policies and clinical standards.

Position Overview

Integrity Care Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care at its Cleburne, Texas, location.

This opportunity is well suited for an experienced or motivated provider who enjoys clinical variety, professional autonomy, and a flexible schedule. The provider will evaluate and treat patients with urgent and episodic healthcare needs while working alongside a supportive clinical and operational team.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Seven shifts per 14-day period
• Flexible scheduling options may be available

Compensation

• $67–$80 per hour
• Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and clinical productivity
• Overtime opportunities may be available
• Productivity and performance incentive opportunities
• Relocation assistance or a signing bonus may be negotiable based on experience, qualifications, location, and organizational needs
