AMN Healthcare is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they fill an immediate need in Indiana. The schedule is rotating outpatient urgent care with weekend shifts; patients per day are about 30; credentialing takes 60–90 days. Start date ASAP with pay rate $82.45–$89.25 per hour.

AMN handles travel, lodging, rentals and transportation. Required: Indiana Medical License, Board Certification, BLS through the American Heart

Formación

• Indiana Medical License required and board-certified NP/PA.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• DEA license and credentialing within 60–90 days.

StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10;12 Pay Rate: $82.45 - $89.25

This facility is seeking a Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Rotating outpatient urgent care schedule, 3 shifts per week (including weekends). Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM (12-hour shifts); Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM (10-hour shifts).
• Patients per day: Approximately 30 patients per shift.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care.
• Scope: Urgent Care.
• State Licensure: Indiana Medical License, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA).
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
