Job summary

• Provide ICU-level care for critical patients in a hospital setting.
• Manage all ICU cases in collaboration with medical staff.

• Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM day shifts with tele-support; coverage need of approximately 30 shifts per month
• Practice Setting: Inpatient hospital; Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Type of Cases and Required Procedures: Critical Care/ Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patients; management of all ICU cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech
• Certifications Required: Critical Care certification
• Licensure Required: Active Florida license at presentation; DEA and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) status required
