Job summary

Owensboro Health Medical Group is seeking an RN/APRN to provide urgent care services in Leitchfield, KY, on a per diem/PRN basis. You will collaborate with physicians to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in adult populations.

The role requires a Master's degree in Nursing and valid Kentucky RN license with APRN national certification. You will order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients, document care plans, and coordinate patient registrations as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required upon hire.
• APR N certifications (AANP, AACCN, NCCCOGN, PNCB, ANCC or NCC) required upon hire.
• RN license in Kentucky required upon hire; APRN license/certification required in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform assessments.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Provide counseling/education to patients and families about health options.
• Document patient care plans and coordinate registration-related tasks.
