Job summary

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent urgent care position in Tennessee. The role emphasizes direct patient care in a well-equipped clinic without private practice administration.

Providers will care for a diverse patient population, including children as young as 6 months, with flexible scheduling and strong work-life balance. On-site lab, digital X-ray, and paperless documentation support daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in Tennessee.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (for part-time).
• Current ACLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Current DOT certification or willingness to obtain.
• CAQH registration.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with acute illnesses and injuries in urgent care.
• Perform annual, sports, school, and pre-employment physicals.
• Administer vaccinations.
• Interpret labs and X-rays to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Perform minor procedures with local anesthesia.
• Document encounters and treatment plans in the EMR.
• Provide efficient, patient-centered care to a diverse population.
