• Prescribes or administers treatment, therapy, medications, and vaccines.
• Notates findings and treatment plans in patient charts and closes charts within 24–48 hours.
• Coordinates clinic activities, outreach, and staff training as needed.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates provider staff.
