Job summary

Integrity Care Group seeks a qualified clinician to deliver primary and episodic care to patients following established standards and protocols. The role includes exams, tests, diagnoses, treatment, and patient education, with supervision of staff and chart management.

The position requires a medical degree or equivalent (MD/DO/NP/PA), current licensure (DEA where applicable), BLS certification, and up-to-date regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education: Medical degree, Nurse Practitioner degree, or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited university.
• Licenses/Certification: Must obtain and maintain a current license. Nurse Practitioners must be board-certified.
• Licenses/Certification: State and federal licensure requirements including DEA.
• Must obtain and maintain a current certification in BLS.
• Experience: 1 year is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete physical exams and assessments across urgent and non-urgent presentations.
• Orders, performs, interprets tests and analyzes diagnostic images.
• Diagnoses using test results and clinical findings.
• Prescribes or administers treatment, including medications and vaccines.
• Performs procedures and provides referrals to specialists.
• Explains procedures and test results to patients.
• Notates findings and manages charting and follow-up notes.
• Provides medical direction and supervision of healthcare staff.
• Has access for telecommunication support for emergencies or consultations.
• Manages special projects and duties as assigned; safety-sensitive position.
