Job summary

Xpress Wellness Urgent Care in Ada, OK seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a fast-paced team delivering high-quality urgent care. You will perform exams, order tests, interpret results, and manage acute presentations with emphasis on patient safety and efficient care.

The role includes prescribing treatments, performing procedures, documenting in patient charts within 24–48 hours, and coordinating with specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Accredited medical degree (MD/DO) or NP/PA credential.
• Board certification for Nurse Practitioners.
• Current state licensure and DEA registration.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete physical exams and assessments across urgent, emergent and non-urgent cases.
• Orders, performs, interprets tests and analyzes imaging to inform patient condition.
• Prescribes treatments, medications, vaccines, and other care as needed.
• Documents findings and closes charts within 24–48 hours.
• Provides supervision and collaboration with healthcare staff; participates in events as needed.
