Job summary

Integritycaregroup is seeking a clinician to provide episodic patient care, performing exams, orders, and interpretations for urgent and non-urgent visits. The role involves prescribing treatments, managing tests, and communicating results to patients.

The Physician/NP/PA will also supervise and train staff, review charts, and coordinate with specialists as needed. A current license and relevant board-certification are required.

Qualifications

• Education: medical degree, NP degree, or PA degree from an accredited university.
• Licensing: must obtain and maintain a current license; board-certification for NPs.
• Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.
• Skills: knowledge of medical coding and billing; OSHA/HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide episodic patient care following accepted standards and protocols.
• Perform complete physical exams and assessments across urgent and non-urgent visits.
• Order, perform, and interpret tests and imaging to inform diagnosis.
• Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medications, vaccines, and other care.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate provider staff; ensure chart review and notes.
• Communicate test results, treatment plans, and explanations to patients.
