Qualifications

• Current State License required.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs examinations, obtains medical histories, and assesses health status.
• Documents patient information and care in EHR.
• Orders and interprets laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribes medications and treats illnesses.
• Instructs patients and families on medications, treatments, and prevention.
• Coordinates appropriate referrals and consults with physicians as needed.
