Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs examinations, takes medical histories, and assesses health status.
• Documents patient information and care in EHR.
• Orders and interprets laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribes medications and treats illnesses.
• Educates patients regarding conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Coordinates referrals to specialists when needed.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
