Job summary

Peachtree Immediate Care, a CRH Healthcare company, seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our East Cobb urgent care team. This role offers autonomy, a broad patient mix, and meaningful community impact.

You will provide timely care on a 3 12-hour shift schedule, with a strong emphasis on quality, compassion, and patient experience. The practice supports professional growth, competitive compensation, and a collaborative clinical and operational environment within CRH

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license (or eligibility)
• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• At least two years of clinical experience as an FNP or PA-C
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to perform common urgent care procedures (suturing, wound care)
• Ability to independently interpret X-rays and other tests
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-service skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, wound care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, labs, EKGs)
• Prescribe medications per Georgia regulations and clinic protocols
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and follow-up care
• Document encounters accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams for quality care
