Job summary

Peachtree Immediate Care, part of CRH Healthcare, is seeking a full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for urgent care in Bethlehem, GA. The role involves seeing patients with acute illnesses and injuries, performing urgent care procedures, and coordinating care with a collaborative clinical team.

The position offers a stable schedule with 13–15 shifts per month, limited weekends, and no on‑call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license with FNP or PA‑C certification
• Graduate degree from accredited NP/PA program
• Strong clinical assessment and urgent care skills; able to perform procedures
• Excellent communication, teamwork, patient service and EMR documentation
• HIPAA, OSHA, infection control knowledge; DOT experience optional

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries; develop care plans
• Perform urgent care procedures including suturing and wound care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, labs)
• Provide patient education, discharge guidance, and follow‑ups
• Document accurately in the EMR and maintain safety standards
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and experiences
