Job summary

Memorial Health in Springfield, IL is seeking a Full Time Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Koke Mill Family Medicine team. You will treat patients of all ages in a fast-paced care setting.

Compensation ranges from $65.91 to $76.80 per hour. The role requires IL APRN or PA licensure, DEA and CPR/ACLS where applicable, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess APRN or PA licensure per Illinois law.
• DEA license required or must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• CPR certification required; ACLS where required.
• Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience as a mid-level provider preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in collaboration with supervising physician.
• Document and communicate with physicians; follow protocols and coordinate care.
• Complete documentation for Medicare, Medicaid, and payers per policy.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to develop and modify care plans.
