Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time NP/PA experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients
• Proficient in preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays
• Master’s degree in Nursing and NP certification (AANP/ANCC)

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and review patient histories
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Diagnose conditions and prescribe treatments
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, splinting, casting)
• Educate patients on care and prevention
• Document encounters in EMR and coordinate care
