Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; MA program preferred.
• Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA/CCMA/RMA/NCMA/NRCMA) preferred.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• Front desk/reception experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance information.
• Take vitals, interview patients and document medical history.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during visits.
• Process co-pays, schedule appointments and maintain charts.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of supplies and equipment.
