Corewell Health is seeking a Medical Assistant in Saint Joseph, MI to support providers in examinations and treatments. You will prepare patients and supplies, assist with procedures, and document data in the EHR while maintaining high standards of care and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered service, and adherence to safety policies in a busy urgent care environment, with daytime hours and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with hands-on clinical training.
• Certified Medical Assistant credentials from AAMA, NHA, NCCT, NAHP or AMT preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification from recognized bodies is required.

Responsabilités

• Support providers with examinations, procedures and treatments as directed.
• Prepare patients, supplies and equipment to ensure smooth patient flow.
• And maintain accurate documentation and patient data in the EHR.
• Greet patients, coordinate care, and communicate effectively with team members.
