Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and clinical externship.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in a physician’s office or hospital.

Responsabilités

• Take medical history and document in the EMR.
• Measure and record vital signs (BP, HR, temp, height/weight).
• Perform basic lab procedures (EKG, phlebotomy, urine collection, nasal swabs).
• Prepare and administer oral and injectable medications under physician supervision.
• Prepare exam rooms with instruments and supplies.
• Educate patients on discharge papers and medications.
