Tahoe Forest Health System in Truckee, CA is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant for our Urgent Care team on a temporary basis. This role supports clinicians with patient intake, vitals, room preparation, and basic clinical tasks while performing front-desk and clerical duties in MSC Clinics.

The candidate should have knowledge of medical terminology and strong customer service, with a willingness to be trained on the job.

• Interview patients and document vital signs.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist clinicians with procedures.
• Handle front-desk tasks, scheduling, and medical record updates.
• Assist with billing/collections and basic clerical duties.
• Maintain supplies and ensure cleanliness of exam rooms.
