Job summary

Tahoe Forest Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform the nursing process in Multispecialty Clinics, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of safe patient care.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, educating patients, taking vital signs, and supporting providers with medication management and treatments. Requires RN licensure and BLS/ACLS enrollment as applicable.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from college or vocational school.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the physical and psychosocial needs of patients.
• Implements and evaluates individual plan of care.
• Records significant conditions and reactions and notifies MSC Manager or provider.
• Takes vital signs to assess condition and deviations from normal.
• Assists providers with medication management in the electronic medical record.
