Accelerated Urgent Care in California is seeking a Cross-Trained Medical Assistant / Receptionist to support Front Office and Back Office operations. You will schedule appointments, register patients, answer calls, verify information, collect payments, and assist providers while performing clinical duties.

You may float between clinics within the region. Ideal candidates have a Medical Assistant Diploma, at least one year of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Diploma from an accredited program is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a medical office or related role.
• Ability to travel to all clinic locations within the region.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and manage front desk communications.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, verify information.
• Assist providers during examinations and maintain sterile technique.
• Process prescriptions, lab orders, and imaging orders as directed.
• Support daily clinic operations and ensure patient flow.
• Chaperone exams and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
