Job summary

CRH Healthcare is seeking a Medical Assistant (CMA/LPN/EMT) for our Tallahassee area clinics. The role involves assisting physicians and mid-level providers, performing labs, administering medications, and preparing exam rooms in a fast-paced Urgent Care setting.

The position requires graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program (certification preferred), BLS, and ability to work rotating shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification preferred.
• Active BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assigned regional offices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced facility.
• Ability to work all shifts including day, evening, and weekend hours as needed.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist Physician, PA, or NP in a Urgent Care setting and support medical care.
• Perform lab tests and administer medications under provider orders.
• Prepare and maintainExam rooms and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
• Shall perform venipuncture and apply dressings per policy.
• Assist with minor surgeries and exams and coordinate referrals as needed.
