CRH Healthcare seeks a compassionate Medical Assistant (CMA/LPN/EMT) to join our urgent care clinics in Florida. This role serves as a liaison between patients and providers, handling intake, vitals, and basic procedures with strict confidentiality.

You will support clinicians, perform select diagnostics, and help manage patient flow. The ideal candidate has completed an accredited clinical program, holds CMA or relevant licensure, and demonstrates strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited professional clinical program.
• Proof of current Medical Assistant certification preferred or willing to obtain (CMA); license required for LPN, EMT or RT.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Perform clinical intake including medical history, current medications, chief complaint; obtain vital signs and records within the EMR.
• Explain procedures and prepare patient and exam room for examination.
• Position instruments and hand to provider; clean instruments after use.
• Administer medications, dress wounds, draw blood and assist with procedures.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as eye exams, ECG, audiogram, peak flow and other basic nursing tasks.
• Perform CLIA-waived lab tests and process specimens for send-out.
• Perform DOT and non-DOT urine drug screens and prepare for shipment to lab.
• Handle dosage calculations for medications; assist radiology with X-ray setup when needed.
• Complete medical charting; coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments.
• Monitor inventory and maintain supplies; perform equipment quality checks.
