Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team in New Hampshire. The role involves comprehensive patient triage, assisting with exams and procedures, and supporting testing and documentation in a fast-paced clinic.

You will manage point-of-care testing, ECGs, and medication administration while maintaining EMR accuracy and equipment readiness. Collaboration with the clinical team and training new staff are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active LPN license in NH.
• BLS certification required.
• IV certification preferred for NH/ME.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient triage and take vital signs.
• Assist with exams and support testing/procedures.
• Perform point-of-care tests and basic procedures (ECG, oxygen, nebulizers).
• Document EMR and communicate test results.
• Maintain clean, sterile clinic environment.
• Collaborate with clinical team and help train new staff.
