ConvenientMD LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Urgent Care in Exeter, New Hampshire. The role focuses on triage, patient care, and collaborative support with clinicians in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include diagnostic testing, wound care, immunizations, and EMR documentation while providing compassionate patient engagement. Travel to nearby ConvenientMD locations within an hour may be required.

Qualifications

• State-licensed practical nurse with IV placement experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn Experity.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by taking vital signs and documenting medical history.
• Perform diagnostics and testing: strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipid, UA.
• Provide ECGs, airway management, nebulizers, and oxygen therapy.
• Deliver wound care and administer immunizations per regulations.
• Document patient histories and treatment details in EMR.
• Support clinic operations and maintain sterile environment.
• Collaborate with clinical team and assist in training staff.
