Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Urgent Care centers in Massachusetts. You will triage patients, take vital signs, document histories, and assist with exams alongside providers in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include performing point-of-care testing, administering medications and immunizations, and maintaining accurate EMR records. Travel to nearby ConvenientMD locations within 1 hour may be required to support clinic operations.

Qualifications

• State-licensed practical nurse with IV placement experience.
• BLS certification required (not CPR/ACLS/online).
• Strong teamwork and patient-focused approach.
• Willing to travel to other ConvenientMD locations within 1 hour.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients, take vital signs, document medical history.
• Assist with exams and procedures; support testing.
• Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipid, UA).
• Provide ECGs, AEDs, nebulizer treatments, and oxygen administration.
• Administer medications and immunizations per regulations.
• Maintain electronic medical records and document treatment details.
• Ensure instruments are clean, sterile, and workspace organized.
• Collaborate with clinical team and train new staff.
