ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team in Dover, NH. You will provide high-quality patient care, triage, and supportive clinical duties alongside physicians, mid-level providers, and a dedicated team.

The role requires an LPN license in good standing, NH IV certification, and BLS. You will participate in a fast-paced environment, handle 12-hour shifts, and contribute to efficient clinic operations while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State LPN license with prior experience placing and monitoring IVs; NH requires IV certified.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross); no CPR/ACLS online-only.
• Proactive, compassionate caregiver with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient triage, take vitals, document medical history and perform basic observations.
• Assist with exams and procedures; support providers during testing.
• Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipids, urinalysis).
• Administer medications and immunizations per regulations; manage wound care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and report patient changes to the team.
• Ensure instruments and workspace are clean, sterile, and stocked; support clinic operations.
