Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team in Littleton, NH. You will support patient exams, testing, and procedures, while contributing to a collaborative clinical environment that emphasizes timely care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Patient care & triage: assist with patient exams, ensuring equipment and documentation are prepared, and support providers during testing and procedures.
• Clinical procedures: perform diagnostic and testing procedures (vision, hearing, drug screens, spirometry); conduct point-of-care tests (strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipid panel, urinalysis); provide cardiac and airway management (ECG, AED, nebulizers, oxygen).
• Patient engagement & documentation: maintain accurate electronic medical records and document histories and treatments; observe and report condition changes.
• Clinic operations: ensure instruments and equipment are clean, sterilized, and well-maintained; keep workspace stocked and sterile.
• Collaboration with clinical team: communicate with providers and healthcare professionals to relay patient information and updates; assist in training new team members.
