ConvenientMD is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team in Westborough, MA. You will perform triage, vitals, and exams, support providers, and help maintain a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include point-of-care testing, wound care, immunizations, and accurate EMR documentation. Flexibility for shift patterns and travel within the region is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; LPN license required.
• State LPN license with IV placement/monitoring experience; IV certification for ME/NH preferred.

Mansioni

• Triage patients, take vitals, document medical history, and identify urgent needs.
• Assist with exams and procedures, ensuring equipment and documentation are ready.
• Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipids, urinalysis).
• Provide wound care, immunizations, and medication administration.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and report changes in patient conditions.
