Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team in Westborough, MA. You will deliver high-quality patient care, support providers, and contribute to a collaborative clinic environment.

Responsibilities include triage, exams assistance, and a range of diagnostic procedures with attention to HIPAA and EMR accuracy. Flexibility for 12-hour shifts and multiple locations is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-licensed LPN with IV placement/monitoring experience; IV certification required in ME/NH.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross; CPR/ACLS not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient triage, document medical history, and assist with exams and procedures.
• Perform diagnostic testing and point-of-care tests (strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipid, urinalysis).
• Manage ECGs, airway support, nebulizers, oxygen administration, immunizations and medication administration.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and monitor patient condition changes.
• Support clinic operations: sterilization, instrument prep, and coordination with the clinical team.
