Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team in Weymouth, MA. You will work with clinicians to deliver high‑quality care, triage patients, and support testing and procedures in a fast‑paced setting.

The role requires LPN licensure, BLS, IV experience, and proficiency with EMR systems. Flexible 12‑hour shift options, travel between nearby locations, and extensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• State licensed practical nurse (LPN) with prior IV placement and monitoring experience.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software; familiarity with Experity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient triage, take vital signs, document medical history, and assist with exams.
• Perform diagnostics and testing including vision, hearing, drug screens, and point-of-care tests (strep, flu, RSV, SARS‑CoV‑2, glucose, lipids, urinalysis).
• Deliver wound care, immunizations, and medication administration per regulations.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and communicate results to patients.
