ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team in Hadley, Massachusetts. You will triage patients, perform procedures, and support providers in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Expect collaboration with clinicians and involvement in patient education and EMR documentation. The role emphasizes high-quality care, adherence to HIPAA, and flexible shifts (including nights and weekends) across ConvenientMD locations within travel distance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State licensed practical nurse (LPN) with experience placing and monitoring IVs; IV certification for ME/NH only.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required; CPR/ACLS not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and triage by taking vitals, documenting history, and observing needs.
• Perform diagnostic and point-of-care testing; assist with exams and procedures.
• Engage patients, explain test results and treatment plans; maintain EMR documentation.
• Ensure sterilization and readiness of instruments and supplies; support clinic operations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and train new staff as needed.
