ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team in New Hampshire. You will provide high-quality patient care, work alongside clinicians, and support a collaborative clinic environment. This role supports triage, exams, and a range of point-of-care tests.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN license with IV experience and a current BLS certification, and is committed to compassionate, patient-centered care within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-licensed practical nurse (LPN) with IV placement/monitoring experience; IV certification for ME/NH.
• BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross; CPR/ACLS not accepted).

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by taking vital signs and documenting history.
• Assist exams and tests, prepare equipment, and support providers during procedures.
• Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipids, urinalysis).
• Provide ECGs, AED use, nebulizer treatments, and oxygen administration.
• Immunizations, wound care, and medication administration per regulations.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and document treatment details.
