Job summary

A key part is phlebotomy, vitals, and patient transport, ensuring smooth patient flow and accurate data entry in LIS. Candidates should have an Associate's degree, 1–3 years’ related experience, and a valid BLS certificate.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree required.
• Certificate Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs start-up, maintenance and troubleshoots procedures on instruments per CAP requirements.
• Communicates lab results to clinical team and documents in LIS.
• Prepares specimens and performs moderately complex laboratory tests.
• Maintains ongoing competencies and documents CAP Proficiency Testing results.
• Performs patient care duties including vitals, phlebotomy and patient transport as needed.
• Maintains supply inventory and ensures clean, ready exam rooms.
• Collaborates with clinical team to ensure timely patient care.
