Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more months experience in a laboratory setting.
• Record of completion for education, licenses, and certifications at time of hire.
• Continuous certification and licensure maintenance required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Order, process, and dispose of specimens accurately.
• Document vital signs; register patient data.
• Perform kit or waived testing (Flu, Rapid Strep).
• Manage inventory and keep a safe, clean work area.
• Answer phones and provide clerical support; file documents.
• Travel to other centers as assigned.
• Stock and clean exam rooms; assist Urgent Care clinic when not performing lab duties.
