ConvenientMD in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to own urgent care provider recruiting across the New England footprint. You will shape strategy, run full-cycle searches, and partner with Medical Leadership to meet staffing needs. This role demands hands-on leadership, strong sourcing, market insight, and the ability to mentor other recruiters while delivering a superior candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience, healthcare Urgent Care preferred.
• Experience recruiting physicians, NPs, and PAs.
• Strong knowledge of the New England provider market.
• Ability to lead complex searches and mentor others.
• Data-driven with ability to use market data.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Urgent Care providers across New England.
• Develop proactive recruiting strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Partner with Medical Leadership to define interview processes and offer strategies.
• Build and maintain provider pipelines to support vacancies and growth.
• Mentor other recruiters and contribute to TA initiatives.
