Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Clinic Operations Coordinator, Urgent Care to support multiple clinics in New England. You will work with the VP of Operations and Practice Managers to optimize scheduling, supply management, and administrative workflows, ensuring district initiatives are implemented effectively.

You will help with staffing, patient experience, and compliance, while developing leadership capabilities and maintaining a calm, organized approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, urgent care, physician practice, or multi-site healthcare operations.
• Excellent organizational and detail orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and solutions oriented with strong communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling, supply management, reporting, and administrative workflows across clinics.
• Provide operational and leadership support during vacancies, leaves, and transitions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and company standards across the district.
