Job summary

FastMed Urgent Care is hiring a on-site Center Manager for Cary Cornerstone in Cary, NC. The role drives day-to-day operations, grows the center’s business, and achieves annual financial goals while upholding patient safety, service, and team satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of manager experience - preferably in healthcare environment.
• 3 years healthcare/customer service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate center team to support FastMed mission and improve patient service.
• Oversee daily center operations, staffing, patient flow, and standards.
• Manage resources and equipment within the center.
• Own center turnover and drive staff engagement.
• Coordinate with Regional Director and corporate functions.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, training, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and credentialing.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure timely billing.
• Review financial statements and scorecards to meet goals.
• Execute corporate initiatives and marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
