Job summary

Revere Health in Utah is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/NP) for a PRN urgent care role. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care under physician supervision and work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.

This position requires active Utah PA/NP licensure, DEA, and BLS; ACLS preferred. Shifts typically 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with weekend coverage. You’ll document in EMR, order tests, and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Utah.
• DEA registration and Utah Controlled Substance License required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care under physician supervision.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across all ages.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and injuries, including prescribing medications.
• Document patient encounters in EMR in compliance with standards.
• Perform approved diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within scope.
• Order, interpret, and assess diagnostic tests and labs to support decisions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Prescribe treatments and medications per clinical protocols.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and outstanding patient experience.
