Integrity Care Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for urgent care in Texas. The role offers 12-hour shifts, seven shifts per 14-day period, with flexible scheduling options.

You will evaluate urgent care patients, order tests, prescribe treatments, and document in the EMR while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Qualified candidates hold NP/PA credentials, Texas license, DEA, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current national certification applicable to the provider’s discipline.
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred for Nurse Practitioner candidates.
• Active Texas professional license or the ability to obtain one.
• Active DEA registration or the ability to obtain one.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• DOT Medical Examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification.
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred.
• Motivated candidates with relevant clinical training and experience may also be considered.
• Ability to work effectively and exercise sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.
• Perform common procedures, including laceration repair and splinting.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain timely, complete, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and operational leadership.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with organizational policies and clinical standards.

Formation
