Job summary

CareNow Urgent Care in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to work PRN within our urgent care clinics. You will evaluate and treat urgent care patients, perform minor procedures, and coordinate care with supervising physicians.

Ideal candidates are board certified or eligible, hold Utah licensure or are willing to obtain it, and can cover a minimum of two shifts per month, with comfort treating patients from three months of age onward.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 shifts per month (weekdays and/or weekend days).
• Comfortable seeing ages three months and up.
• Board certified/board eligible.
• Has or willing to obtain Utah state medical licensure.
• Comfortable managing conditions commonly seen in an urgent care setting including procedures like simple laceration repairs and I&D of abscesses.
