Job summary

UNC Health Urgent Care Raleigh is hiring Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join our 8 Wake County clinics. Providers treat episodic illnesses and minor injuries for patients 4 months and older in a fast-paced, team-based environment with on-site X-Ray and point-of-care testing.

This full-time, shift-based position offers competitive compensation, full benefits, and paid malpractice. Must obtain NC licensure; EPIC EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Must provide care to patients 4 months of age and older.
• NC Licensure or ability to obtain licensure in North Carolina.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with ability to collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Treat episodic illnesses and minor injuries as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Work in a shift-based model across UNC Health Urgent Care clinics.
• Provide care to patients 4 months and older in Wake County.
• Utilize on-site X-Ray and point-of-care testing and EPIC EMR during visits.
