UNC Health's UNCHMG Urgent Care team in Raleigh, NC is hiring Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join a fast-paced, walk-in clinic network. Positions are full-time, shift-based, onsite at multiple Wake County locations, serving patients 4 months and older with on-site X-ray and point-of-care testing.

The ideal candidate has an accredited PA or NP program, NC licensure (or ability to obtain), strong interpersonal skills, and experience in acute, urgent, or ER settings.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Work experience in acute care, primary care, urgent care, or emergency room setting preferred.
• Must provide care to patients 4 months of age and older.
• NC licensure or ability to obtain.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Required procedures: Suturing, splinting.
• EPIC - EMR Clinic.

Responsabilités

• Treat episodic illnesses and minor injuries as part of an interdisciplinary urgent care team.
• Provide high-quality care to patients 4 months and older in walk-in clinics.
• Work in a shift-based, full-time schedule across multiple Wake County locations.
