Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking an Advance Practice Provider to deliver direct care in our urgent care setting in Oklahoma. The role operates with limited direction under a Lead APP, applying clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and strong customer service to assess, treat, and refer patients as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BA/BS in a related field.
• MSN required and ANCC FNP certification.
• Oklahoma APRN license and DEA registration.
• Successful completion of national certification exam for APRN.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct consumer care in an urgent care setting.
• Perform and provide treatments for minor acute illness and examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-ray, ECG, labs).
• Administer injections and immunizations, suture, manage wounds.
• Prescribe medications and refer to specialists as needed.
• Develop consumer management plans and document progress; coordinate with staff.
