North Memorial Health in Minnesota is seeking an RN for the Urgency Center to provide individualized care and coordinate treatment with the care team. You will manage patient flow, assist providers, and promote compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, 1-2 years in ER/urgent care, strong communication, and a commitment to professional nursing standards. On-site work with potential shift differentials and benefits apply.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in an emergency room and/or urgent care is required.
• Strong communication skills with clear written and oral expression.
• Ability to be accountable for quality patient care and customer service.
• Knowledge of professional nursing principles and practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized care to patients and families according to standards, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate care among disciplines and manage flow of patients in the Urgency Center.
• Assist providers in treatment and management of patients and promote remarkable patient care.
• Identify and respond promptly to emergent situations and uphold mission and values.
