Job summary

Methodist Hospital in Minnesota seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Center team. The RN will manage patient care, coordinate with care teams, and ensure safety and quality in a 24/7 trauma setting.

The role requires an RN license in Minnesota and BLS, with BSN preferred and expected within 2 years of hire. 0.7 FTE, Evening shifts, and weekend rotation apply. Competitive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master’s degree program in Nursing.
• BSN preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.
• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
• BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Center in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate and supervise patient care delegated to nursing staff and unlicensed personnel.
• Ensure safe, patient-centered care and effective prioritization in emergent situations
