Job summary

Urgency Room is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Minnesota locations, including Woodbury, Golden Valley, Eagan, and Vadnais Heights. You will independently assess patients, develop individualized plans of care, and coordinate the episode of care from admission to discharge in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

The role requires an active Minnesota RN license, a minimum of two years in emergency nursing, and current BLS, ACLS, and ENPC/PALS/TNCC certifications.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota.
• Minimum of two years of emergency nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS and ENPC and/or PALS/TNCC certifications current.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
• Implement the plan of care with safe, ethical nursing practice.
• Document, evaluate, and revise care plans as patient status changes.
• Coordinate care across the episode from admission to discharge.
• Perform/assist with phlebotomy, IV cannulation, meds administration, oxygen therapy, EKGs, and procedural support.
• Monitor telemetry and other cardiac monitoring systems; respond to emergent situations.
